New Normal

After several amazing years (to say the least) working at School of Rock in Houston, I finally took the next natural step. My new home is Hollywood, California. I mostly want to write about this to talk about making goals, following dreams, and believing in yourself. We all know that last item listed is the most difficult. I just simply did not believe that I could achieve or deserved the life I wished for myself. This sounds like the same old thing we hear all of the time, but it is so true. If your friends and family do not support you and encourage you towards your dreams, then politely tell them you love them from a distance and surround yourself with like-minded souls. EVERYONE has been through truamas. And hurt people hurt people. It takes hard work to grow and heal. Lead by example. Politely disregard the negativity and go for your goals. You my only have this life to live. Face your fears and grow. Learn the lessons you were put on this Earth to learn.

Ok. Thanks for letting me get that out.

I spend my days in the beautiful Santa Clarita Valley as General Manager at the local School of Rock.

I’m looking forward to my fourth AllStar tour. Watch for updates on that, and the upcoming Paperwolf tour in early July.

I had fun working with Jesse Blaze Snider’s band, the Bandoliers, as Stage and Tech Manger at the legendary Alley Recording Studios.

More to come!

Namaste

I’ll Do It Today

Life is too short to not go to every concert you want
…to go not on vacation
…to be shy
…to not play music
…to not go surfing
…to not say ” love you”
…to not fight for your dreams
…to not tell someone they are your hero
…to not be the best you that you can be

Don’t say, “I’ll do it tomorrow.”

“I’ll do it today.”
